Have u forgot ur password of windows xp or previous versions of windows ?
Do u want to log in to ur system without password?
... here is the way :
press ctrl Alt del del when windows prompts u for password and enter Administrator in the username textbox in the dialog box that comes up and press enter key
u are ready to use ur system now with some disabled features.
