Do u want to know who used your pc in your absence?
What did he do in ur pc?
Then go to 
start > run and type eventvwr.msc
or type eventvwr.msc in search (in windows 8)

Event logs such as system, application,setup ...........are all available there which allows u to view the time and date of what the user was doing then .
