Is ur system not working properly??
Are the icons of various programs are not getting displayed correctly,and different programs get opened when u click on other programs ,and the system always asks for, with which program you want the file to be opened ,and finally you are not left with any proper restore point??
Here is the way you can try it out ,
Go to control panel, select user accounts and create a new account(administrator account preferred) and delete the old account(optional) and now restart the system and would to take sometime in checking your disk, now are your system is ready to use.
Moreover,I would suggest you check that whether you have the turned ON the option  create a restore point,if not ON it.
This restore point may be available with all anti-virus softwares but i am not sure .
In one of the anti-virus software (say Microsoft security essentials)
you can turn ON the restore point option by following the following steps
click on the settings tab  and then advanced options
and check (tick it) the create a system restore point
and finally click on the save changes button

Do u want to change the partition of hard drives without formatting???

Here is the way,
1)Right click the my computer and select manage>>computer management >>storage >>Disk Management
2)Right click any of the drive and select shrink volume to make the some of the space of the selected drive to be unallocated or select Extend volume to extend the size of the selected drive if there is already unallocated space
3)you can now allocate the unallocated space to a new drive by right clicking it , selecting New simple volume and followed by assigning the drive letter

using softwares with only keyboard

In any of the soft wares of windows ,if u want to use it with the only keyboard, then you can press alt and underlined letter say in the microsoftword 'F' is underlined for FILE ,so u should press ALT & F keys simultaneously, but in the latest versions letter is not underlined & the letter say F for File menu gets displayed when u press Alt as shown in screen shot

Is the toolbar of any program invisible??

Is the toolbar of any program invisible , you can make it visible by pressing Alt key
or
click on the organize >> layout >>menu bar as shown in fig

To take the snapshot of a screen u are in( windows os)

To take the snapshot of a screen u  are in press ctrl and prtsc (prtsc key can be found in the top line of keyboard) simultaneously
or
start> all programs>accessories> snipping tool
By using snipping tool u can take the screenshot of the part or entire screen.
